14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts in New York County, New York. You hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
15. Dispute Resolution
The parties agree to first attempt informal resolution of any dispute by contacting Fisher Stone, P.C. in writing at legal@fisherstonelaw.com. If not resolved within thirty (30) days, the parties may pursue resolution through the courts identified in Section 14.
16. Limitation on Time to File Claims
ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES; OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
